Next Giants Target?

The asking price just went up for Josh Willingham, who hit two grand slams in consecutive innings last night -- only the 13th player in major league history to do so.

The Giants have been rumored to be linked to Willingham, who will be arbitration-eligible and therefore under San Francisco's control for the next few seasons should they trade for him.

He's got an insane OPS and can hit in the middle of the Giants order. What would it take to get him?

Considering he's not an Earth-shattering name, similar to Ryan Garko, Willingham might cost San Francisco another B-level prospect or two?

General manager Brian Sabean mentioned on KNBR this morning they're still in trade talks with multiple teams on the East Coast. Who's next?

  1. I would swap one of the Giants current outfielders and a prospect(one that had a slightly lower ranking than Scott Barnes) to get Willingham!!!!!
