I wonder if Dan Uggla becomes available? And how about that Josh Willingham, who's been rumored to be linked to the Giants before -- two grand slams tonight!

Like the move, not a blockbuster deal but a step in the right direction to get bats. I'm guessing Sabean next move will be either @ the outfield or 2B. Let's see what happens!!!!
I think it's a step in the right direction. You get some pop in the line-up with Garko. I know that's not saying much but for giving up a Single A pitcher would will be a major leaguer somewhere down the road. I would give the Giants a B/B- grade.
I honestly think Sabean has one more move up his sleeve and I think it will be about someone that no one is talking about. It would be great to see Freddy Sanchez in the Giants Uniform but something tells me that his last move before the trade deadline will be for someone that's no one is talking about.
Any two of the three; Freddy Sanchez at 2B, Josh Willingham in LF and/or another back-end-of-the-rotation starter would be amazing.
I don't know how long you can keep running the Big Sadowski every fifth day. Unless, of course, you promote Kevin "We want some" Pucetas from Triple-A!
