Still looking....

for a good gym or workout regime.

I recently spoke with D-Rail The Stallion and he was debating which dojo would be join. Fight & Fitness? Team USA?

Many fitness mags also recommend creating a workout that does not include a gym (and thus avoiding the fees).

I recently tried out the infomercial workout P90X and was sore for days.

Let's not forget the "Thug Workout" as well.

From what you can see, there are many options. Honestly, maybe too much.

But, I saw an old friend's FB post today. She found a truly unique workout. Unique, odd and probably offensive.....to someone.

  1. B - I have a couple buddies that do p90x and they swear by it. Hans (Randi's man) does it and he can tell you more.

    Otherwise, this link has some really good exercises. Plus, you don't have to worry about having some dudes sweaty nuts over your forehead while he's spotting you at the bench press.
