I have taken the streetcar numerous times and I'm not really shocked of the reaction of the waiting passengers since most of them are out for themselves, which is kinda sad!!! This crash adds to the bad rep. that muni is already having. You would think in a well-known city like SF that they'd have a public transportation system to rely on but it's not the case with muni. Hopefully someday muni will change their image with this crash as a reminder that they should!!
